CLERGYMAN’S DEATH.
Body of Rev E. G. Ault Found on Beach. P - Press Association. TAURANGA, November 5. The body of the Rev E. G. Ault, who disappeared from his home at Turua on Saturday last, was found yesterday afternoon on the beach near Ranginui Point, Welcome Bay. When discovered the body was clothed in a bathing suit. An inquest was held this morning before Mr A F. Tunks, Coroner. Evidence was given that Mr Ault, who was about fifty years of age and unmarried, had been in ill-health for some time. He had no financial worries. The Coroner returned a verdict that deceased met his death by drowning on or about October 29.
