DRAMA AT GRAND.
Janies Kirkwood has the leading role in “Worldly Goods,” the excellent drama showing at the Grand Theatre this week. The picture is based on Andrew Soutar’fl famous novel of the same name. James Kirkwood takes the role of Jeff, a young aviator who is blinded in an aeroplane crash during the Great War, and who has vowed to kill the man who was responsible. Merna Kennedy, Shannon Day and Eddie Featherstone are prominent in the supporting cast. A number of fine “ shorts ” completes a meritorious programme.
