HARRIERS.
Presbyterian Club’s Final Run. The Presbyterian Harrier Club held their final run this afternoon from the residence of Mrs S. Wilkinson, 20, Hackthorne Road, Cashmere. The trail was laid by A. Blyth and D. Apperley through Spreydon up the hills to the Sign of the Kiwi and home via Hackthorne Road. Thirty-one members participated. Results:— Slow pack—R. Scott 1, R. Wells 2, J. Lucock 3.
Intermediate pack—S. Muff 1, C. Harris 2, L. Dailey 3, Fast pack—J. Kent 1, H. Meredith 2. R. Clark 3. Racing pack—A. G. Pullin 1. T. H. Wilhelm (Christchurch Club) 2, C. C. Gordon 3. J. J. Searing 4. The results of the “ Run-in ” Cup. which was decided to-day, were as follows:—J. Kent, 23 points, 1; L. Dailey, 18 points, 2. The club will hold the annual banquet and presentation of trophies on Thursday. September 22.
