(“Star” Radio.) (Received August 2. 10 a.m.) SAN FRANCISCO, August 1. The five-day week is now in effect for employees of the Federal Naturalisation Bureau here. The bureau, which is under the Secretary of Labour’s jurisdiction, closed on Saturday for the new rule.
