LOW GOING TO RUSSIA.
Famous Cartoonist to Visit Soviet. (Received August 1, 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, July 31. ..The cartoonist David Low will accompany a party of ten journalists, including Mr Hamilton Fvfe. in the , Soviet ship Rykov on a tour of Russia. Though accorded facilities to see the full operation of the Five-Year Plan, Low disclaims his connection with any newspaper plan. Though he may find material for cartoons, he says, his visit is a private holiday.
