After hearing evidence in a case in the Supreme Court on Wednesday -in which C. M. Barnett and Son, land and estate agents, Christchurch, claimed £315 allegedly due as commission on the sale of a block of buildings on behalf of Boyle Brothers, Christchurch, contractors, Mr Justice Kennedy reserved judgment.
