Mrs Napier Gets £20,000, Plus £3OOO a Year. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received June 30, 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, June 29. The Napier case has been settled, the widow accepting Mrs Fryer’s offer of t3OOO a year. The widow also gets £20,000 capital. This was conceded by the Attorney-General in preference to prolonging the litigation at greater loss to the various charities interested in the estate. All parties were allowed costs out of the estate.
