GASWORKS VISITED.
The second of a series of excursions to places of scientific and industrial interest was carried out yesterday afternoon by the Canterbury College Scientific Society, when some forty of its members participated in a tour of inspection of the Christchurch Gasworks. The party divided into two groups, in charge of Air F. W. J. Belton, chief engineer, and Air C. S. Alason respectively.
