Q.LASSWARE is a comparatively moder industry compared with that of th potter, but its traditions go back man centuries. There is in London a 600-yea old Glaziers’ Company. In recent year glassware has largely come into use fo home decoration and ornaments. It is tal ing the place of silver for such purpose; and for table use, as it is easier to kee clean and bright. Some day, it is saic people will live in glass houses, with wall; floors, ceilings and a good deal of the firm: ture, all of glass.
