Thomas Ilenry Moody, a labourer, aged forty-three years, residing in Glasgow Street, was fined £2, in default fourteen days’ imprisonment, by Mr E. D. Mosley, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court t'o-day for a breach of a prohibition order. lie was lined 10s, in default twenty-four hours’ imprisonment, for drunkenness, and on a charge of stealing a pair of boots valued at 18s 9d, the property of John James Neilson, he was remanded to appear on June 7.
