REPORT GIVEN DENIAL.
United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. BUENOS AIRES, May 17. The Minister for Foreign Affairs, Senor Lamas, said that the reports circulated abroad to the effect that Argentina was sending an observer to the Imperial Economic Conference at Ottawa, in July, were without foundation. He said that Argentina had never thought of interfering in private deliberations within the British Empire.
