A violin solo played at the Compe tions last evening by a girl und twelve and accompanied on the piai by a middle-aged man was remarkat for the fact that both the perform® were blind. In subdued lights, tl stage manager, Mr H. Sweney, led eai player by the hand to their positio on the stage, and afterwards conduct them to the wings. The girl subs quently won this class.
