STILL MORE RIOTING
Hindus and Moslems Again Clash. POLICE FIRE ON MOB. United Press -Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received May 19, 11.30 a.m.) CALCUTTA, May 18. The curfew order and the presence of British troops and armoured cars and constant police patrolling had a salutary effect on Bombay yesterday, and the night was uneventful, but there was a revival of lawlessness this morning. Four were killed and fifty injured, making a total of eighty dead and 870 injured. Hindu and Moslem crowds again clashed in several localities, and the police and troops fired on the hooligans. The streets are littered with debris as a result of the riot. Hundreds of gas lamps were broken.
