BACCARAT CHARGE.
Two Englishmen Arrested in Paris. (Special to the “ Star.**) LONDON, January 23. The Englishmen are residents and the Frenchman is the manager of the hotel in the Opera quarter where the gambling is said to have taken place. The arrests followed complaints by the woman that she and others were invited by one of the Englishmen to play baccarat at the hotel and that the other Englishman was in charge of the play.
"T 715; 35;}ées are denied by all three men.
