• At the conclusion of addresses by counsel for the appellant in the case of the Saracen Shoe Co., Ltd., versus the Minister of Customs, the Court of Appeal this morning indicated that it did not wish to call on the SolicitorGeneral to address the Court, and it would put its decision in writing at a later date.
