CUTTING LAVENDER.
Lavender is Lest cut when about hall the flowers on the spikes are expanded. They are then in full vigour, and the
scent is strongest, Cut them .with a good length of stalk, including the leaves at the base, and the plants will require no further pruning to keep them bushy. Tie the stalks in bundles and hang them head downwards in a well ventilated shed.
