SUNLIGHT LEAGUE.
Instructive Booklets Issued to Schools. An interesting and instructive bookt has been issued by the Sunlight eague, and about 3000 copies have sen distributed by education boards nong schools in New Zealand. The booklet contains articles dealing ith the value of sunlight, the care of le teeth, dieting and other subjects hich come under the sphere of the ague’s aims. Authorities on the sub cts have contributed the articles hich are concise and interesting. In a foreword, the Director of Public ealth (Mr W. H. Watt) states: “The ms of the league are to educate the jople of New Zealand to use their ;ritage to the best possible advantage id to avail themselves of the benefits ; fresh air, sunlight and a pure and holesome food supply. The Departent of Health is keenly interested in le work of the league and wishes it 1 success in its efforts for promoting le health of the community.” Miss Cora Wilding, the honorary sectary, has received letters from her xcellency Lady Bledisloe, Mr W. H. r att, Mr H. Atmore, M.P., Mr F. Mil;r and Mr J. Renfrew White, comending the booklet and the league’s ork.
