Hokitika Convent Pupils’ Success. (Special to the ” Star.”) HOKITIKA, March 5. The following success were gained by Convent pupils in the theory of music examinations in connection with Trinity College held last December: — Art of teaching—Edna I. Dale. L.T.C.L., rudiments of music—Edna I. Dale. , „ Senior Division—Clare Cook (72 points), Mari M’Donald (66). Intermediate division—Kathleen Cameron (77), Nancy Toohey (69), Patricia Toohey (65). Valerie Nightingale (65). Junior division—Dick Elcock (95), Minnie Haddock (92), Kitty Hahn (91), Adelina Pridmore (85), Betty Delbridge (82), Betty Haddock (82). These candidates all gained honours. Preparatory division—Betty Griffin (91), honours.
