POLICE TRAFFIC CASES.
Penalties Imposed in Court This Morning.
Police traffic cases were heard by Mr EL D. Mosley, S.M., this morning, when the following were fined:—
Cycled without light—Donaldson Cormack, 5s and costs; Sydney Herbert Diaper, 10s and costs. Cycled on footpath—William Edward Goodwin, Emma Ramsden, 10s and costs.
Negligent driving—Percy M’Cormick, 5s and costs.
Failed to give way—Jessie M’Naugh ton, 5s and cost's.
Failed to produce license—Thomas Walter Harker, costs only. Passing stationary tram—Francis Eric Harris, 20s and costs.
No driver’s license—Rachel Menzies, 10s and costs, and costs only for not having lights on her car. John Lowery M’Skimming, for failing to give a signal when stopping, was ordered to pay costs. George Henry Adcock, a taxi-driver, for not being on his stand was con-' vieted and discharged. Edward James Nicholas Wilson, for causing an obstruction with a motorcar was also convicted and discharged. (Proceeding.)
