Ashburton Tournament. (Special to the - Star") ASHBURTON, October 28. The Ashburton Boxing Association has been unable to arrange a special attraction for the forthcoming novice tournament, but it has been decided to continue with the arrangements and entries will close on October 31. The officials are as follows-Referees. Messrs A. N. Grigg and H. C. J. Dillon; judges, Messrs J. H. Grigg, H. M Elrea, A. Argyle and J. D. Murdoch; announcer, Mr H. D. Johnston; timekeepers, Messrs F. Robilliard and F. P. Cookson; official seconds, Messrs C. Shearman and C. Stock; scales, Messrs A. Hayston and G. Lye; doctors steward, Mr J. B. Cullan; competition stewards, Messrs H. J. Chapman, F. Crum and M. Segers; hall stewards, Messrs W. H. Tucker, M. Keeley and F. Porter; rounds stewand, Mr E. Burgess; gloves steward, Mr D. Heenan.
