IN NEW PREMISES.
Navy League has Rooms in Gloucester Street. The membership of the Canterbury branch of the Navy League has increased to such dimensions that it has been necessary for the league to take up new rooms at 97, Gloucester Street. Here the arrangements are greatly superior to those at the old quarters in Worcester Street, and are more commodious. The rooms will be officially opened on . Tuesday next, at 8 p.m., when the pre- | sident (Mr J. J. Dougall) will preside During the evening a musical programme will be given, and RearAdmiral Blake will present two Navy League special service decorations. Some of the officers of H.M.S. Diomede will also be present, it is hoped.
