DUNEDIN CASES.
Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, October 27. The criminal session of the Supreme Court opened to-day before Mr Justice Kennedy. Samuel James Douglas, who was charged with indecent assault, pleaded guilty and was remanded for sentence. Ivor Garnon, a police constable, was charged with stealing a bicycle which, it was alleged, he came across one night when he was on duty in September two years ago. After hearing evidence, the jury brought in a verdict of not guilty.
