Annual Conference Opened To-day. THE INDUSTRIES BOARD. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, August 20. The conference of New Zealand manufacturers was opened today by the Hon P. A. de la Perelle. He mentioned that in the next fortnight he hoped to see the Industries Board established in New Zealand. The personnel was still being considered. It was desired to make the board comprehensive on the scientific as well as the industrial side.
