NATIONAL FIXTURE. The committee of the t'anttrhury Wrestling Association met last evening*. Mr I*. K. Climie presiding. Correspondence was reccved from the New Zealand Wrestling l*nion giving formal approval to the match Kara. l*a»liH v. Harry I*ojnctral for Grand National night. In order to encourage the amateur wrestlers It was decided to hold a series of twelve amateur bouts in the rooms of Mr A. H. Jowls*. ‘.*l Cashel Street, on Friday evening, at 7.30 p.m., and to Invite the public free of charge. Advice was received from Demetral stating that he would Rive a public workout on the Friday evening at Mr Jewiss' rooms and again at Mr J. Musson’s rooms on Saturday evening.
