The Supreme Court has granted probate of the wills of the following deceased persons in the Christchurch district to the Public Trustee: —Leonard Ernest Brown, late of Christchurch, packer; Arthur Lye, late of Christchurch, bootmaker; Charles Norman, late of Ivaituna, farm employee; Robert Clayton Patton, late of Mount Somers, blacksmith; Nicholas Thomas Pearce, late of Christchurch, organ builder; Lilly Richter, late of Christchurch, widow; Bernard M’Kenzie Smith, late of ITawarden, sheep farmer; John Watt, late of Christchurch, Presbyterian minister; Ilenty May Whitelaw, late of Christchurch, married woman.
