YOUNG MAN CHARGED WITH FALSE PRETENCES.

When John Forsyth, a labourer, aged 26. appeared before Mr E. D. Moslev, S.M., this morning, charged with obtaining money by fraud, the police said that there was another charge pending with the possibility of a third, as accused was in possession of stolen clothes.
