CHRISTCHURCH MAN DIES IN MELBOURNE
A cable message received from Melbourne yesterday announced the death of Mr M. H. Moyle, formerly of this city, where he was in business, prior to "leaving for Melbourne three years ago for the purpose of undergoing an operation, made necessary by gas poisoning sustained whilst in France with the New Zealand Rifle Brigade. Mr Moyle was well known to members of the Christchurch Poultry and Pigeon Association, having been a member of the executive, and a successful exhibitor. He was also secretary of the Pigeon Club some years ago. The late Mr Moyle was well known in business, Masonic and sporting circles, and the news of his death will be received with regret. _____________
