The brightest feature at the moment on ’Change is the keen demand for Walhi shares, sales of the parent company's scrip having been made at up to 15s 3d, with more wanted. Grand Junctions were asked for at 3s 3d. In the banking section there was a fair Inquiry, but the market tone was weaker. Breweries scrip was on offer at £1 14s, with the best offering £1 12s 6d.
