COMPLETE SURRENDER MADE TO MR BALDWIN.
(Received March 31, 10.40 a.m.) LONDON’, March 30. Several newspapers consider that Lord Beaverbrook has made a complete surrender to Mr Baldwin. The “Guardian” says:—“lf Lord Beaverbrook’s letter does not mean conceding Mr Baldwin a * free hand,’ it is difficult to know what it does mean. It is surely a complete capitulation, and it now remains to be seen whether the notoriously mercurial Lord Beaverbrook will maintain his present mind.”
