ELDERLY MAN DIES SUDDENLY IN CHAIR.
Frederick Boot, aged seventy-two, residing at 450, Oxford Terrace, died suddenly at his home at 6.45 last evening from heart failure. He had been playing the harmonium to his grandchildren for about twenty minutes, and then said he had played enough. He sat down, and died almost immediately. Mr Boot had been treated for some time by Dr E. D. Pullon for heart disease. No inquest will be necessary.
