It also voted confidence in Gandhi, and appointed him head of the conference delegation to Londonl Other resolutions reaffirmed the goal of complete independence, with control of the army, foreign relations, finance and fiscal policy, and the release of all political prisoners. Members of the Nau Jawan Sasha, or Youth League, which included frontier Bolshevists who were wearing red coats with the insignia of the hammer and the sickle, attacked the Delhi agreement and Congress policy.
