RESEARCH TO BE MADE IN UPPER AIR CURRENTS. (United Press Assn. — By Blectrie Telegraph— Copyright.) BERLIN, March 15. The Junkers Company is building a special aeroplane that will be capable of reaching an altitude of 50,000 feet, for the purpose of research work in the currents of the upper air. Test flights will be made between 24,000 and 36,000 feet to try the effectiveness of the air-tight doubled-walled cabin in which the crew who operate the machine will sleep. The air pressure will be maintained by means of a compressor.
