TIMARU ACCOUNTANT SEVERELY INJURED.

(Special to the “ Star.’’) TIMARU. March 16. Whilst crossing from his car outside John Jackson and Co.’s office at 10 a.m. to-day to a service station opposite, Mr W. D. Revell, public accountant and president of the New Zealand Society of Accountants, was knocked down by a car proceeding south up Stafford Street. He sustained a fracture of the right leg and head injuries, being dragged by the car, which finally stopped with Mr Revell still pinned underneath. The car was driven by David Herman August, of 53, Hawthorne Road* Christchurch.
