CHICAGO GUNMEN EVADE DEPORTATION TO EUROPE
(United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) MONTREAL, March 13. The existence of an alleged 3,000,000 dollar fake naturalisation paper ring, operated here in conjunction with Chicago gangsters, is being investigated by the Department of Justice at Ottawa. Albert Chabot, a clerk in the naturalisation office, claimed that faked Canadian naturalisation papers were made out here for gangsters and gunmen whom the U nited States were trying to deport to Europe as undesirables. They were then deported to Canada, from whence they managed to recross the border.
