PLATTS-MILLS RETIRES FROM OXFORD CREW.
SUFFERS RECURRENCE OF MUSCULAR TROUBLE. (United Press Assn.—By Electrfc Telegraph. —fiopy right.) LONDON, March 12. Mr J. Platts-Mills, the Wellington (N.Z.) Rhodes Scholar, who was selected to row for Oxford in the Oxford and Cambridge boat race, - lias been compelled to retire from the crew owing to a recurrence of a .muscular trouble. The race will be rowed next Saturday, March 21.
