In a claim for rent and possession of a dwelling house, L. A. Lavin v. J. H. O’Callaghan, judgment was given for the plaintiff for £l6, and an order was made for possession to lie given on or before February 28 next. Judgment Summons. J. Owen was ordered to pay A. L. Gray £2 13s 2d forthwith, in default three days’ imprisonment. The following civil claims were heard before Mr E. D. Mosley, S.M.:— Goods Suppled. can (Mr Stacey) to recover the sum of £l4 6s 8(1 for goods supplied, judgment was given for the plaintiff, with costs. For Defendant. William Charles Sanders (Mr E. S. Bowie) claimed from Edgar Scott (Mr W. F. Tracy) the sum of £5, the value of a carpet belonging to the plaintiff and alleged to ha\*e been wrongfully converted by the defendant in Decernber, 1929.
Judgment was given for the defend ant, with costs.
