In a claim for rent and possession of a dwelling house, L. A. Lavin v. J. H. Bowie) claimed from Edgar Scott (Mr W. F. Tracy) the sum of £5, the value of a carpet belonging to the plaintiff and alleged to ha\*e been wrongfully converted by the defendant in Decernber, 1929.
