GERMAN MINING STOCKS ADVANCE.

The general level of prices, especially German mining stocks, has markedly improved since the outbreak of the British coal strike, in view of the gloomy reports from England and the prospect of the collajjse of local wild strikes, organised by the Communists in the Ruhr.—“ Times” cable.
