AMAZING PICTURE IS BOOKED FOR LIBERTY.
“ Gentlemen of the Press ” will be shown for the last time to-night. “ SIMBA.” Here at last is the supreme story of the African wilderness, where adventure stalks- the traveller on every side. It is told in motion pictures which are so strange and startling as to be well-nigh incredible, yet never once can their genuineness be doubted. It took Martin and Oso Johnson four years to gather all the material wvhich makes up “ Simba,” as their pictorial story is entitled, after the Swahili name for the King of Beasts. “ Simba ” will be presented at the Liberty- Theatre to-mor-row. It is a drama of desperate realities, picturing indisputably wild beasts of jungle and veldt and wild savages of Africa in the Jives they live and the deaths they die. The second feature is “ Troopers Three,” a ridiculously funny all-talking comedy depicting the trials and tribulations of three cavalry recruits who are always falling off their horses and falling in love with the other fellow’s girl and getting into endless trouble.
