PRINCE OF WALES VISITS CHILDRENS HOSPITAL.
LONDON, November 19. The Prince of Wales visited the Children’s Hospital, in. Great Ormond Street, London, for the purpose of inaugurating an appeal for £500.000 for rebuilding the institution. lie spent half-an-hour walking round the wards and chatting and jesting with the tiny inmates. The Prince received a pink carnation from a four-year-old girl. Percy Coy, aged two and a half, burst into tears as a flashlight photograph was taken. The Prince walked to his cot end petted and consoled the child. Later, in a speech, the Prince pointed cut that, in eight years, the hospital had treated more than 1.000.000 ehil-j dren. He urged people to be generous.'
