TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS FOR GARDENS RECEPTION.
Special trams have been arranged to convey passengers to the Wigram Aerodrome to-morrow, when Mr Oscar Garden will receive a public reception. Motor-cars will not be allowed to be parked outside the aerodrome ’ ’it no charge will be made for cars ring the aerodrome.
