CASUALTIES IN ’QUAKE IN JAPAN NUMBER 250.
(United Press Assn.—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright.) TOKIO, November 27. The latest official earthquake death roll gives the casualties as 250. Apart from the individual loss, the economic damage is not serious. Industries have not been affected. Serious damage was done to Shimidzu harbour works, and there has been another expensive set-back to the fivemile Tanna tunnel.
