RESTRAINED FROM SELLING WHEAT CROP.
Per Press Association DUNEDIN, November 28. By consent an injunction was granted by Mr Justice Kennedy in the Supreme Court this morning on the application of the New Zealand Wheatgrowers’ Co-operative Association restraining Andrew Allen, of Awamangu from selling his wheat crop, other than through plaintiff’s wheat pool until November, 1933. Allen, a member of the plaintiff association, had sold his 1930 crop through another channel. Costs, £2l, were allowed against him.
