SEARCH FOR BURR STILL CONTINUED.
BIG AREA OF COUNTRY EXPLORED YESTERDAY. (Special to the “ Star.”) GREYMOUTII,* November 27. Inspector Lander, who has been relieving Inspector Fitzpatrick at Greymouth. accompanied the search parties which left again this morning for Marsden to seek traces of Ernest Burr, the missing mill worker whom his relatives believe to have been the victim of foul play. The party explored a big area of country around Burr’s home yesterday without any fresh developments occurring. The dog which was found wandering half starved in the district and which it is hoped will provide an important clue, is not yet sufficiently recovered to travel, but is expected to be taken out to-morrow.
