59 CYCLISTS FINISH IN THE TOUR DE FRANCE.
(United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Received July 29, 11.30 a.m.) PARIS, July 2S. In the Tour de France cycle race Guerra was second. Le Ducq, the winner, finished eleventh in 1929 and fourth in 1928. This year fifty-nine competitors completed the course in a famished condition.
