RULES FOR YACHT RACE ARE SENT FOR.
CONFERENCE HELD TO DISCUSS TYPE OF BOAT. A cablegram has been sent to the Royal Victorian Yacht Club by Mr A. F. Stacey, asking for the conditions under which the yacht race across the Tasman will be conducted. He has requested the club to forward the whole of the necessary information by next mail. A conference has been held between Mr Stacey, who is guaranteeing the necessary finance, and the crew who are willing to take part in the race. The whole of requirements as far as a suitable boat and the necessary gear ( are concerned have been discussed.
