CAIRO UNDER PATROL OF ARMED POLICE.

CAIRO, July 27 The declaration of the so-called Parliament, in which the Wafd appealed to the nation to refuse to pav taxes as long as the present Cabinet remains in office, has not been published in any of the newspapers. It is understood that the Government are determined to prevent it. . Cairo is being patrolled by steelhelmeted police and the Parliament House is being guarded by soldiers.
