SERIOUS ACCIDENT OCCURS AT SAWMILL.
Per Press* Association. HOKITIKA, July 9. A serious accident occurred at Brown and Neilson’s sawmill, Upper Kokatahi, this morning, Thomas Brown, jun., one of the proprietors, being struck on the hen 4 by a piece of timber. He was admitted to hospital suffering from severe concussion. His condition is serious.
