RAILWAY CONCESSIONS CANCELLED ON SUNDAYS
On and after Sunday next, all concession fares for Sunday journeys on suburban railway lines will be withdrawn and the full ordinary fares will be charged. The areas affected are the zones Auckland-Onehunga-Papakura, Auck-land-Waitakere, Wellington-Waterloo-Upper Hutt, Wellington-Pliinmerton. Napier-llastings, Lyttelton-Templeton, Lyttelton-Rangiora, Evansdale-Port Chalmers-Otokia and Invercargill-Bluff. Concession fares issued prior to Sunday will not be affected, and will be available for use on Sundays up to their expiry dates. Through tickets will not be affected.
