BIG TIME” IS SHOWING AT MAJESTIC THEATRE
Three special attractions, and a number of short supporting films, will comprise the programme to be presented at the Majestic Theatre this week. The Fox all-talking picture, "Big Time," introduces to talkie audiences Lee Tracy, who, as a vaudeviilian in his native America, has been something more than a sensation. A singer, dancer and entertainer of more than ordinary ability, ho teams in this picture with Josephine Dunn and. Mae Clark. Miss Amy Johnson’s arrival in Sydney is also on the programme. Perhaps ol’ more moment to the people of Christchurch is the sound film of the Rugby test match at Carisbrook Park. The box plans are at The Bristol Piano Company, where seats may be reserved.
