RIVAL SCHOOLS HAVE VERY EXCITING GAME.

U ith the weather perfect for Rugby and two exponents of the open game providing the big attraction there was a big crowd at Eden Park on Saturday afternoon to watch the clash between Technical College Old Boys and University. . Grammar scraped home by a single point (6-5) in their match with Training College which was the curtain raiser at Eden Park. Ponsonby scored twice as many points (17-8) as Grafton. Ina wildly exciting game at the Grammar School Grounds King’s College and Auckland Grammar School, rivals of nearly thirty years’ standing, played a draw, neither side scoring. Soccer.
